Dr. Robert Crosby, PhD is a ministry leader and author. He serves as the President/CEO of Emerge Counseling Ministries, a nationally-recognized organization that has served denominations, churches, pastors, and people in need for over 48 years. His wife, Pamela, is the Executive Director of Development at Emerge. Together they have pastored churches in New York, Ohio, and Boston.
The Crosbys are also the co-founders of TeamingLife.com. They write and teach on marriage, parenting, leadership, and team building. Their newest book together is The Will of a Man & The Way of a Woman: Balancing & Blending Better Together.
Robert is a contributing writer to Outreach Magazine and Christianity Today. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. He has written several other books, including The Teaming Church: Ministry in the Age of Collaboration, More Than a Savior and The One Jesus Loves.
The Crosbys conduct conferences and retreats on leadership, marriage, and family life. They have appeared on CBN, Focus on the Family, and several other radio and television programs.
