Meet the Instructor
Zach is a Master Facilitator and Coach Trainer with Destination Leadership. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct coach for the Center for Creative Leadership; Cleveland, Ohio Neighborhood Leadership Development Program; and is the Director of Coaching and Coach Training for Emerge. In his work, Zach helps leaders accelerate their growth and achieve more. Among his coach background, Zach also holds certification in a range of psychometric assessments including 360 assessments, workplace inventories, and behavioral styles. Zach also holds a Doctorate of Divinity. He has also served as a university-level lecturer, and partners with a local ranch to provide coaching-equine experiences to coachees and organizations.
Zach served as President of the ICF Cleveland Chapter in 2018–2019. Zach’s passion to make an impact is demonstrated in his authentic coaching and facilitating presence, which empowers coachees and participants to advance and achieve results exponentially. His welcoming approach provides a safe space for a creative journey of self-discovery and growth. Whether coaching C-suite executives, nonprofit leaders, or facilitating learning experiences, Zach’s passion for coaching is seen and felt in tangible results and personal growth.
